When you contact us or request a quotation, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, property type, postcode, property address, town or city, county, details of planned works, preferred survey timing, access information and any other information you choose to provide in the enquiry or additional-details fields.

We use enquiry information to assess your request, recommend or confirm an appropriate survey scope, prepare a quotation, contact you about availability or booking arrangements, provide the requested service and maintain appropriate business records. We do not sell your personal data.

We normally process enquiry and quotation information because it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, to perform a contract where you proceed with a booking, and where appropriate for our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries, operating the business and maintaining relevant records.
